This is exactly what happened to my then best friend and myself….needless to say we are no longer friends!! She became friends with other people who were doing what she changed her mind to do and I became the weird one. Very very sad and heartbreaking.

This is what happened with both of my good friends…despite the fact that they saw how I raised my older three boys and now the baby too. It’s heartbreaking. Especially when I went to visit and one friend put her little one down to sleep and let him scream for half an hour. ::shudders::

It’s hard not to look behind all the cultural trends and see dollar signs. Formula companies, hospitals, furniture and baby item companies, etc are all telling women what is right and best to do with their children. Not only that, they seem to be constantly sending the message that anything else is actually impossible.
