I’m back from vacation and World Breastfeeding Week!
Hello all! I’m back from a lovely trip to Holden, Maine. My grandfather has a little camp there and so we spent a week frolicking and swimming and eating. My brother who is a budding chef cooked up some wicked good food (cream dijon salmon on a bed of some ricey-goat cheese stuff, sorry Dave! I can’t remember the name just the awesome taste~!) My husband spent all of his time in boats (canoe? row? sail? anyone?) and me and the girls floated and did endless cannonballs. Our Oma and Opa were there to dote on the girls and I got to spend some time exploring my grammy’s house, and saw a tin-type of my great-great-great-grandmother. so cool. Oh we also went and saw the work of Bo Bartlett at the Farnsworth Museum.
Also, this week is World Breastfeeding Week!!!!!!!!!August 1-7, 2007! and so today’s comic celebrates the pure yummy goodness of breastmilk, straight from the mouth of a babe. Who can talk. The horror! hee hee heeeee hoooooooooo!

Welcome back. And I thought all of August was World Breastfeeding Month!! And I have every intention on going out and nursing in public every day uncovered and not in family lounges!
